This gentle training method is focused on rebuilding—because rebuilding is always possible. I understand the journey, and maybe one (or more) of these situations resonates with you:

Musicians face specific challenges in maintaining posture and avoiding injury. I’ve created a tailored method focused on supporting musicians to move confidently and pain-free as they age. My goal isn’t to alter how you play, but rather to introduce pre- and post-playing rituals that prevent injuries. Together, we’ll craft simple routines to help you perform at your best for years to come.
