“When I started working with Helene I had not been able to walk without a lot of pain and support for about 3 months. I thought it was game over. I began thinking about selling my home or installing an elevator to carry me up and down the stairs. Others I had consulted were pushing me toward x rays and the possibility of a hip replacement.
